Orders are processed during our normal business operations from Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays and temporary service interruptions.
After an order is successfully placed, our team begins reviewing payment information and preparing the selected items for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once an order has completed processing, it will be transferred to one of our shipping partners for delivery. Estimated transit times generally range between 2 and 6 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier capacity, and seasonal shipping volumes.

Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
Orders received after this time will be considered received on the next business day and may experience an adjusted delivery schedule.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and logistical requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

International Shipping (Not Available)
At this time, Vesound ships only within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping services, overseas delivery, or shipments to foreign destinations.

Customers who need to modify order information should contact us immediately after placing an order.
Because orders are processed quickly, requests involving shipping addresses, item selections, or customer details may not always be possible once fulfillment activities have started.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
If an order has not yet entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may still be possible. However, once fulfillment procedures have begun or the package has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
